Job Description:
- This resource specification is for a Digital Tool Developer that would work in the Global Finance Organization supporting Regulatory Report Team, which is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of programs.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience of 1 to 2 years as Digital Innovation Developer working on Developing projects for Finance department.
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills are required to perform data quality gap analysis, root cause issue analysis, and data reconciliations.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Excellent soft skills with experience working across groups
- Expertise in Business Intelligence tools like Tableau & Power BI
- Expertise in Data Analytics tools like Alteryx (Alteryx Designer Core Certification is a plus)
- MS Office skills
- Knowledge in VBA, UiPath, Tableau and Python is a plus.
Responsibility:
- Participate in business analysis activities to gather requirements.
- Translate business requirements into a robust solution using Digital Innovation Tools like Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI and UiPath solutions across different finance functions.
- Design and develop software products in line with automation book of work.
- Unit testing components to ensure deliverables meet acceptable quality metrics.
- Provide user testing support and results analysis for both ongoing automation programs and scheduled automation asset releases.
- Responsible for the data validation process including management of change requests, updates to rule logic and release management.
- Help Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance existing automated assets.
- Acting as bridge between IT and Business and ensuring IT deliverables reflect business needs.
- Provide technical assistance and cross training to team members and business teams.
- Providing periodic demos to business owners on digital technologies and innovation to raise awareness.
