Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst with a strong background in visualization and data management to join our team
• The successful candidate will contribute to collecting, analyzing and interpreting large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can contribute to strategic decision-making and business growth

Requirements:

• 2-4 Years of proven work experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in a technology-driven organization.
• Bachelors degree or higher in a computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret complex data from various sources.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, Excel or other programming languages commonly used for data analysis and statistical modelling.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Knowledge of machine learning techniques, data mining, and statistical analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience in the food beverage industry is a plus, but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Responsibility:

• Collect and analyze large sets of structured and unstructured data from various sources including internal databases, market research, customer surveys, and more.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and databases to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility.
• Clean and transform raw data into useful formats for analysis, utilizing tools like SQL, Python, R and Excel also experience with product analysis is a plus.
• Interpret data, analyze results, and present key findings to inform business strategies and recommendations.
• Identify data trends and patterns to identify business opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to facilitate data-driven decision making.
• Use statistical models and techniques to perform trend analysis, forecasting, and predictive modelling.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and recommend innovative solutions to enhance data quality and analysis capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations while handling sensitive information.
