- The Financial Planning & Analysis team works closely with top level management as well as Service Line’s Leaders within the firm’s other core functions to provide consistent and collaborative support and data analysis.
- The role requires strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to support multiple leaders simultaneously.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
- Minimum 0 to 1 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in professional services industry preferred.
- Must possess a strong understanding of business operations and ability to align operations with business goals.
- Proficient experience on advanced excel and Power BI reporting.
- Hands on experience in Power BI and DAX formula s (Must have created dashboards)
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment and to handle multiple assignments, projects, and responsibilities simultaneously producing accurate, timely results.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to work independently with little direct supervision.
- Communicate well with all levels of professional team.
- Ability to anticipate potential obstacles, take proactive steps to avoid them and complete projects accurately and timely.
