Job Description:
- Drive Strategic Growth & Revenue –Defining the vision and roadmap to enable data as a key asset to power business growth.
- Modernize Data Management –Ongoing data management, data discovery and collaboration across business and technical team

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred
- Expertise in BI Tools (Tableau), data automation for data prep (using SQL, Hive, Python, etc.) and data visualization & dashboarding
- Knowledge of Excel to pull information, data assimilation and reporting/dashboarding
Analytical, reporting and measurement experience required - Strong ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendation
- Sound business decision-making ability
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to communicate with people of various technical and business background

- Align with Commercial data office initiatives and develop & maintain periodic capability performance analysis as it relates to health, strategic value, volume, efficiencies, cycle time, quality, and service
- Enable effective, efficient working relationship with product and technology partners
Report on strategic & operational metrics, conduct data and business analysis, and present summary of findings to management in a clear, concise, convincing, and actionable format - Create and maintain operational scorecards to track and report on KPIs
- Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS)
Generate and distribute management reports & dashboards in accurate and timely manner - Leverage BI tools to create dashboard and enable team and leadership with actionable performance insights
- Develops MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance
- Align with partners to provide quality solutions & alternatives that meet requirements & project deliverables
- Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency
- Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis
- Develop MIS system for stakeholder management and internal communication
- Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to product team
- Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed
- Understand key data needs and partners with capabilities / product teams to enable the same for reporting
- Analyze system information to identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness.
