Job Description:
- Wells Fargo is seeking a Risk Analytics Consultant.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience designing and developing interactive analytical tools and dashboards, optimize performance and troubleshoot issues related to Power BI solutions.
- 2+ years SQL experience with knowledge of data wrangling leveraging multiple data sources
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.
- Strong ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas.
- Knowledge and understanding of issues or change management processes.
- Experience determining root cause analysis.
- Flexibility with changing priorities
- Knowledge of Market and Credit risk within banking domain
Responsibility:
- Participate in moderately complex initiatives, and delivering insight and decision strategies within analytics and reporting, and contribute to planning related to Portfolio Risk Analytics & Reporting
- Work with business to obtain reporting analytics requirements and establish design thinking to build UI/UX prototypes using PowerBI.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting / analytical requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations.
- Be responsible for process production & data reconciliation in alignment with policy governance.
- Support existing dashboards/reports and troubleshoot issues.
- Identify opportunities and deliver process improvements, standardization and automation.
- Support team in carrying out ad hoc tasks as required.
