Job Description:
- We are looking to hire a Senior Analyst for the B2B process.
- Ensures timely and accurate production/processing of relevant documents/information (includes report preparation)
- Contributes to achievement of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business objectives
- Adheres to Company policies and performance standards
- Updates reports based on predefined templates on a regular basis to ensure accurate entry
- Maintains a basic understanding of the core aspects of relevant Insurance and related legislation
Requirements:
- Graduate with minimum 1- 2 years experience overall
- Experience in Data Analytics preferred
- Knowledge on Health & Benefits domain is necessary
- Advanced Logical, Data Analytical & Data Mining skills
- Sound knowledge of process documentation, development of SOP, knowledge artifacts
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment
- Good command on MS office applications (MS-Excel, MS-Word)
- Ability to multi task, self-starter
- Adaptable communicator, facilitator, influencer and problem solver
- High attention to detail
- Good relationship skills, Proven ability to work on own initiative as well as in a team

Responsibility:
- Process, validate and update data in the request for proposal for marketing and thereafter input template for analysis & recommendation.
- Also, support other colleagues in the team with ad-hoc and BAU projects
- Prepare and analyze utilization reports US employees & almanacs for office business leaders
- Liaison with onshore consultants for any data or project related queries resolution
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment
- Participate and contribute in any special project requirements
- Support in any new transitions, documentation and creation of PMAPs and SOP
- Proficiency with MS Office Tools (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
