Requirements:
- Over two years of relevant experience.
- Solid understanding of Excel, backed by logical reasoning and an analytical mindset. Proficient in Excel formulas and Pivot tables, with an added advantage of VBA/macros knowledge.
- Seamless handling and transition between multiple datasets and platforms, including large Excel dataset files.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms for manual and bulk data updates, such as CRMs, BI tools, and cloud portals.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Meticulous attention to detail, prioritizing data accuracy.
- Exceptional organizational skills for efficient time management and task prioritization.
Responsibility:
- Efficiently compile data from various sources into Excel formats and utilize diverse tools for manual or semi-automatic extraction, transformation, and loading of data from different platforms.
- Identify and resolve data-related issues through root cause analysis, implementing effective solutions.
- Utilize Excel functionalities such as Text, Logical, Conditional, Lookup, Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, and Macros to organize, standardize, merge, and prepare datasets for proprietary platform import.
- Establish and uphold data validation and quality control processes to minimize errors, ensuring data reliability.
- Develop insightful Excel dashboards using pivot tables on multiple datasets and articulate findings effectively.
- Quickly adapt to data support training programs and other assigned training, including compliance with data security protocols.
- Manage recurring and ad hoc support requests and tasks.
- Ensure timely and accurate updates to the ticketing system, reflecting ongoing progress.
- Thoroughly document relevant issues and notes in the appropriate system.
