Job Description:

• The role entails responsibility for managing end-to-end Loan Disbursement and Post Disbursement Processes for IDFC First Bank Loan Products (Home Loan / LAP).
• The role holder has the responsibility for managing end-to-end Loan disbursement (verifying/scrutinizing the loan documents before disbursing) and post disbursement processes for Mortgage loans for Rural Operations, within agreed SLA & TAT.
• The role holder is expected to support the team to drive initiatives and projects that contributes towards achieving larger organizational objectives.
• The role holder has the responsibility to raise all the errors in one go and then hand over the file to checker for further dual checking.

Responsibility:

• Tracking the receipt of customer sanctioned loan files from various branches.
• Partner with Business / Branch Operations / Credit Risk team for receiving the sanctioned loan files and raising exception with respective branches.
• Liaise with Internal Control / Fraud Control Unit team for obtaining necessary reports before loan files disbursal.
• Help implement robust controls, File Handover and develop Tracking mechanism for all the documents movement.
• Manage CERSAI entries and timely reporting.
• Support loan disbursement team staffs and conduct regular training.
• Responsible for ensuring all the documents are stored in Safe Custody area under adherence to the bank’s Record Management Policy and internal Process Guidelines
• Coordination with External Storage Vendors for managing timely handover and storage of customer disbursed loan documents.
• Timely Publishing of Record Management related MIS & Raising Exception with respective requestor for retrieving the requested documents.
• Inwarding of customer sanctioned loan files from various branches and providing acknowledgement.
• Raising discrepancies with respective branches post dual check keeping all the stakeholders informed.
• Preparing and publishing various MIS as per requirement.
• Maintaining various registers and reports on daily basis.
• Maker for HL/LAP Disbursement.
• Stay abreast with global market trends and competitor strategies in key markets
• Handling the customer (Internal / External) retrieval requests and servicing the request as per agreed SLA.
• Recommend Process Improvements and Cost Reduction Initiatives.
• Ensure proper handling of all the requests from customer (Internal / External) for document retrieval as per agreed SLA.
• Giving Process Improvements and Cost Reduction Initiatives.
• Helping team leader in imparting trainings to the branch business, ops and credit team related to disbursement documents.
• Acting as back up of Team Leader as and when required.
