Requirements:

Responsibility:
- Be the SME for Campaign Management in the region(s) you support. You will be the face of the team and all regional communications and tasks will be your responsibility
- Build a culture of data-driven decision making in the region(s) you support
- Build out the technical architecture for Salesforce tooling that meet business requirements and are directed to meet company goals
- Work with Sales, Marketing, and the Salesforce team to build and optimize customer lifecycle journeys and communicate progress toward goals
- Lead experimentation initiatives and find opportunities to use Salesforce tooling to run internal sales and marketing-driven tests
- Work in dbt cloud to implement strategies as designed, tests to ensure integrity of processes, and build models that will be used for reporting and tracking purposes
- Partner with cross-functional teams to create product vision and guide successful implementation and operations
- Work with Campaign Management and BI to interpret underlying behavioral data and usage statistics
- Communicate results to senior leadership to inform strategies on C2FO’s customer base
- Work with offices globally to share learnings and best practices
- Forecast, measure, interpret, and report on results of SOS efforts against performance metrics and opportunities for scale
- Perform strategic product, market, and customer analyses to identify new growth drivers or opportunity for improvement
- Perform other ad hoc analytical and operational tasks as needed using SQL, Python, and/or Excel
