- We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.
- The ideal candidate will play a key role in understanding and analyzing business needs, translating them into actionable requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.

Requirements:
- Qualifications:Full time B.Tech/B.E / MCA / M.Sc.(CS) / MBA from a recognized university
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in Software product/Software project development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs, objectives, and challenges.
- Apply SDLC methodologies for effective project planning and execution.
- Analyze business processes, systems, and data to identify improvement opportunities and create BRDs.
- Proficient in creating clear and comprehensive documentation.
- Understand and work on data models, process flows, and data mappings.
- Work closely with technical teams to design and validate solutions.
- Facilitate effective communication between business and technical teams.
- Familiarity with relevant project management tools, software tools and technologies.
- Present findings, progress updates, and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Define and execute test plans, collaborating to ensure high-quality solutions.
- Support project planning, estimation, and resource allocation, monitoring progress and identifying risks.
- Possessing proficiency in multiple languages, both spoken and written, constitutes a valuable advantage.
- MS office / G suite proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
