Job Description:
- Requirement gathering – Work with requirement providers and onsite team based in Jersey City and Montreal to gather and analyze requirements, conduct and participate in meetings / workshops to understand requirements.
- Analysis – Conduct functional/ Technical/ impact analysis. Write functional / Technical specifications for offshore development team based in Mumbai and Chennai.
- Design and develop data model using tools like Alteryx & Python and create visual report in Power BI
- Present the Analysis to stakeholders and take their buy.
- Perform data output Testing – Support SIT / UAT and Regression testing. Create test cases as needed for testing.
- Work on defect resolution on defects raised by Users.
- Perform statistical analysis/ create fuzzy rules for data massaging.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 3 + years of experience in the below:-
- Data Analytics and Science in any domain – financial institution will be an added advantage.
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in Python, Or ability to work on Excel and willingness to learn Alteryx with understanding of mostly used functions for data analytics / massaging and modeling for workflows

- Ability to run various models techniques on the provided data across various Banking domains to come with the conclusive results as POC’s to be industrialized for Data Quality Analysis.
- Automate data preparation, blending and analysis in Alteryx to be used by the BI Reporting tool to drive Data Quality
- Basic understanding on writing SQL queries and stored procedures and scripts
- Run the business critical data on various predictive models for generation of Clusters and Data Quality rules for various data sets of banking domain domains i.e. Capital Markets, Corporate Banking, Finance, Risk etc.
- Preparation of Data Quality Issue reports for submission to higher management.
- Produce and distribute daily/weekly team Status reports
- Create SOP’s, perform knowledge transfer and cross training for proper backup in team.
- Storing the SOP’s and finding in the SharePoint Platforms
- Setting up time and meetings with onshore and Data Stewards to explain the usage of models and techniques to identify issues and explaining the issues / findings
- Produce and distribute daily/weekly team Status reports and contribute to project status reporting depending on the undertaking at hand
- Create Technical documents as required for the project delivery purpose
- Create Presentations for senior management.
