- Management Consulting experience in Public Services Industry specifically in the Data Operating Model and Organization Design, Strategic Roadmap Design, Digital Strategy, Data Strategy, Cloud strategy, Data policies, processes, data platforms solutioning, data management & governance, data quality, data insights and analytics
- Domain:Public Services Social Services, Education, Global Critical Infrastructure Services, Revenue, Post & Parcel

Requirements:
- A Strategic Mindset to shape innovative, fact-based strategies and operating models

- Analytical and outcome-driven approach to perform data analyses & generate insights, andapplication of these insights for strategic insights and outcomes

Responsibility:
- Analyze and perform data profiling to understand data patterns and discrepancies following Data Quality and Data Management processes.
- Assists with the data platform blueprint and design, encompassing the relevant data platform components.
- Collaborates with the Integration Architects and Data Architects to ensure cohesive integration between systems and data models.
- Lead Data Engineering efforts / teams working jointly with our nearshore / offshore delivery centers.
- Work across workstreams to support data requirements including pipelines, reports, and dashboards.
- Provide services to help clients building the foundation for effective decision making by identifying the critical information needed to run and grow the business, and developing and implementing a strategy and architecture for improving the management,governance and security of that information.
- Enable organizations to have a single source of the truth for all data, which helps them translate information into action to drive revenue growth, cost efficiency and competitive advantage.
- Define the data requirements and structure for the application. Model and design the application data structure, storage and integration.
- Define the rationale, approach, initiatives and roadmap to support compliance with the KSA The National Data Management Office (NDMO) framework / GDPR
- DAMA certification is preferred
- Build future focused PoV and develop strategic ecosystem partners. Build Client Strategy definition leveraging Disruptive technology solutions, like Data & AI, including Gen AI, and Cloud
- Build relationships with C-suite executives and be a trusted advisor enabling clients to realize value of human-centered change.
