Job Description:
- Monitor and ensure successful execution of pilots, calculate energy savings, and quantify other benefits from our IoT automation solutions.
- Prepare business cases (after conducting the POCs), custom dashboards and reports – using Zenatix’ own proprietary dashboarding tools
- Manage and regular monitoring of customers’ dashboards, & troubleshooting any issues on priority
- Coordinate with internal teams (product, technology & solutions) for troubleshooting issues on customer dashboards, & implementation of any new feature.
- Perform data analytics for delivering on metrics agreed with customers (such as Energy or HVAC related data)
- Provide technical inputs to account managers in handling customers requirements
- Ensure customer delight through timely dashboard delivery and clear technical communication in monthly meetings/call
- Visiting sites to understand and identify additional opportunities / use-cases for enhancing
- KPIs/metrics delivered to the customer, along with new ways of saving energy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical / Energy Engineering
- 1-4 years of relevant experience in areas such optimizing HVAC operations / Energy
- Management / BMS / Energy Analysis / Energy efficiency / HVAC Automation
- Some minimal experience working with large data sets for generating customer focused insights, or identifying savings opportunities from the datapoints such as Energy meters data, HVAC operations data, Electrical data.
- Strong analytical skills for solving unstructured problems
- Well versed with Microsoft office tools – PowerPoint, Excel (Advanced) and Word
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems
- Communication: Must speak English and must be able to make effective presentations to a variety of audiences.
- Optional / Added advantage: Knowledge of Energy optimization strategies with both
- Centralized and Decentralized Cooling Systems.
- Optional / Added Advantage: Experience with business analytics tools like Power BI,
- Tableau or proficiency in python data analytics
