Job Description:
- We are looking for someone who has some experience or background in Campaign Optimisation.
- Campaign Optimisation could be in any field – Collections, Marketing, Sales, Elections, etc.
- Campaigns are projects that aim to target specific users with personalised and customised means of contact to increase the level of engagement.
- The increased level of engagement is aimed at achieving a specific business goal.
- In collections, the business goal is to collect more, in marketing, it is to improve the visibility of your product, in sales it is to improve the business, in elections, it is to increase the voter base, etc.
- Campaign Optimisation is a project to organise the campaigns using data science techniques, i.e., by deriving insights from the data to devise better campaigns with maximal efficiency.
- Understanding the business problem in depth for which campaigns are being designed
Finding the key modes of communication with the targeted audience and mapping the correct business metric to track the efficiency of each mode - Understand the decision making process involved in each mode of communication and understand the data required to make those decisions about every aspect of the mode of communication
- Find the possible internal and external sources from which this data can be obtained and write the necessary software to source this data
- Perform EDA, Data Cleaning, Feature Engineering, Model Training, Model selection, A/B testing, deploying in production and monitoring the business outcome.
- Write the necessary software for the same.
Requirements:
- 2-4 yrs of experience in – Python, SQL (Structured relational DBs), Statistics, Machine Learning models, basic NLP and text mining.
- Good to haves – AWS services like sagemaker, s3, athena; mlflow; understanding of unstructured DBs like mongo; GenAI
Responsibility:
- Ability to analyse the data and understand the problem from a data perspective.
- Ability to build structured (classic machine learning models) and unstructured models (NLP, text mining)
- Ability to understand the predictions and accuracy.
- Communicate the same to internal stakeholders with next steps on what can improve the accuracy.
- Work with internal business stakeholders to improve the models continuously.
- Work with the MLOPs team to deploy the model.
- Work with the Data Engineering team to ensure the data pipelines for model training are built in an optimised way.
- Work with the Product Management team to integrate the deployed model with business product
- Willingness to work and learn in a swift paced environment.
