Job Description:
- The data research analyst is responsible for gathering and analysing data, maintaining and constantly improving the quality of data across segments and profiles.
- He/she also conducts research to collect information that provides insights for campaigns.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in marketing or business
- 2+ years of experience in market research, but we will make exceptions for the right candidate.
- Able to Design and analyse data from feedback surveys and questionnaires.
- Strong analytic and critical thinking skills
- Exceptional written, oral, and presentation communication skills
- Be a team player while having ability to work independently and self-driven projects.
- Ability to manage one’s work proactively and re-prioritize goals as and when needed.
- Experience with detailed market research and information gathering, assimilation and presentation.
- Highly self-motivated in learning new products and their markets and taking aggressive initiatives with a result-driven attitude.
Responsibility:
- Conduct in-depth market analysis for the clients’ products including product marketability, competitor’s analysis, market segments, distribution channels etc.
- Track, Analyse and Identify emerging and future technology trends, drivers, and challenges.
- Monitor industry statistics and follow trends in trade literature.
- Communicating with clients to understand and document business objectives.
- Conduct research on consumer opinions and marketing strategies, collaborating with marketing professionals, statisticians, pollsters, and other professionals.
- Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data (such as surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires), or arrange to obtain existing data.
- Support, assist and facilitate each client’s meetings with prospective customers.
- Write, edit and/or publish market research material including presentations, articles, brochures, product information, website etc.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop market strategies with a customer specific focus.
- Prepare reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text
