Job Description:
- Data entry of employee and employment related data in excel & MS Word and software from source documents within time limits.
- Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry.
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities and check output.
- Prepare complicated reports In Excel and Word.
- Having prior experience in payroll or working on financial data is mandatory.
Requirements:
- The average typing speed must be between 45 to 65 words per minute.
- Experience with MS Office and data programs
- Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation.
- Attention to details.
- Experience in Advance Excel, MS Word, Mail merge will be preferred.
