Job Description:
- As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for planning and implementing the overall analytics and business intelligence strategy regarding launch, development and maintenance of capabilities in collaboration with the Data Science teams.
- You will effectively turn business questions into data analytics.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, or related field from top-tier institute
- Experience: Atleast 1.5 years of work experience in data analytics, data gathering and cleansing, pattern analysis, feature engineering.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets (excel), word processing, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge of machine learning and natural language processing preferred.
- Proven ability to work and thrive in a high performing team with initiative to learn.
Responsibility:
- End-to-end ownership of capabilities development/improvement projects
- Work closely with the Data Science team to ensure that new logics and enhancements are developed according to the specifications
- Conceptualize solutions that are configurable, adaptable and scalable
- Seek ways to improve and automate day-to-day operations for the team
- Collaborate with Product and Analytics teams to help achieve the vision and roadmap
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of analysis methods and findings.
- Understand business needs, formulate end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering, analysis and ongoing scaled deliverables
- Translate business requirements and user requests into effective data framework in challenging deadlines
- Glean insights to make data-driven recommendations regarding new model development or existing model improvement
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in data analytics.
- Understand and optimize key performance metrics relevant for the organizational goals
- Evaluate KPIs and conduct tests to assess the success and impact of deployed capabilities
- Identify areas for improvement based on data-driven insights and user feedback
