- Confirmed experience of operating with complex integrated systems, using creative and critical thinking to deliver outstanding results
- Requirements elicitation, approvals, processes and scope impacts
- Ability to plan ahead for potential changes and corrective actions
- Building traceability, testing and validation materials
- Ability to lead work with the business to identify functional and technical requirements
- Translating requirements into design and process specifications
- Shape and define business cases, producing detailed business justification
- You will need great interpersonal skills & a collaborative approach to delivery
- Able to analyse solutions proposals and articulate supporting reasoning
- Experience delivering in a GxP or regulated environment
