Job Description:
- Collecting, cleaning, and organising data from various sources
- Analysing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Collaborate across various departments to prepare, review, and present insightful analyses and reports, empowering stakeholders with fact-driven strategic advice.
- Various reconciliations with suppliers
- Commission calculations for Sales staff as well as various dealers
- Various reports from Sales to Billing for Senior Leadership Team.
- Prepare snapshot and summary reports for Board
- Stock management – Manage Inventory solution by creating inward and outward stock receipts, SOH reports, adhoc reports
- Adhoc reporting on need basis
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data into meaningful information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, using formulas, formatting and graphs to analyse data and provide calculations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a passion for problem-solving.
- Degree Qualified in Accounting, Finance, Business or similar relevant field
- Experience in Data Analytics & Modelling.
- Work Days
- Monday to Saturday (2 and 4 Saturdays off)
