Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team
• The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets, generating reports, and providing insights to support business decision-making
• The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with a variety of data sources and have a strong foundation in data analysis techniques and tools

Responsibility:

• Create interactive and visually appealing dashboards to present complex data in a clear
• and insightful manner.
• Create dashboards to track channel performance metrics and perform data-mining and analysis using tools including MS Excel, MySQL, SQL, and Python for reporting automations.
• Utilize advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Python to extract, transform, and analyze data for decision-making purposes.
• Leverage data analytics techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process optimization
• Develop and implement automation bots using Selenium or any other tool to streamline and enhance operational processes.
• Provide analysis support on projects, new initiatives, and strategic decisions, focusing on conversion, realization, and Return on Investment (ROI).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Prioritize, manage, and execute projects with a focus on ROI as the key performance metric.
• Demonstrate flexibility in working across different time zones, especially in the US time zone
• Utilize effective communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst with a strong track record of successful projects.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and basics of Python for data analysis and manipulation.
• Demonstrated ability to build interactive and insightful dashboards.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently
