Job Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Data Analyst [Digital Marketing Analytics] located in Bengaluru.
- As a Business Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing digital marketing data, extracting insights, and providing actionable recommendations to optimize performance/digital marketing strategies.
- You will work closely with marketing and cross-functional teams to interpret data, build reports and dashboards, and contribute to data-driven decision-making processes.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in business analytics, data science, or related field preferably with focus on marketing analytics
- Strong expertise with SQL (mandatory)
- Good Experience with data visualization tools such as Quick Sight / Tableau / Power BI / Google Data Studio
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, Statistics, or Data Science.
- Proven experience as a Business Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Python or R.
- Experience with digital marketing analytics platforms and tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads platform, Appsflyer, Supermetrics, etc.
- Understanding of marketing KPIs such as Impressions, Visits, Leads, CTR, CAC, CPC, CLTV, ROAS, etc.
- Ability to translate data into customer insights and create business impact
- Attention to detail and ability to handle and analyze complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
