Job Description:

• We are seeking a skilled and motivated BusinessAnalytics Professional to join our team
• In this role, you will be responsiblefor analysing and interpreting data to provide actionable insights and drivedata-informed decision-making across the organization
• You will collaboratewith cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, optimizeprocesses, and contribute to the overall growth and success of our company

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or masters degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
• 0 to 1 years of experience in a business analytics role, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Strong proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
• Familiarity with data mining and machine learning concepts and their application in business analytics.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets, ensuring data accuracy and quality.

Responsibility:

• Collect, analyse, and interpret large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business performance and inform decision-making.
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies, models, and methodologies to optimize business processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize business requirements, ensuring alignment between analytics projects and business objectives.
• Design and build dashboards, reports, and visualizations using analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to effectively communicate insights and key performance indicators to stakeholders.
• Perform data cleansing, transformation, and validation to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and provide timely and accurate reports to support business initiatives, such as market research, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, finance, and operations, to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement based on data insights.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging analytics tools, and best practices. Proactively recommend and implement new techniques and methodologies to enhance the analytics capabilities of the organization.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data integrity, data security, and data governance practices are maintained throughout the analytics processes.
• Communicate complex analytical concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, enabling them to make informed business decisions.
