Job Description:
- We are looking for Data Analyst to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion.
- Managing users and user roles.
- Provide quality assurance of imported data, working with quality assurance analysts if necessary.
- Commissioning and decommissioning of data sets.
- Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines.
- Helping develop reports and analysis.
- Managing and designing the reporting environment, including data sources, security, and metadata.
- Supporting the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements.
- Supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalization.
- Assessing tests and implementing new or upgraded software and assisting with strategic decisions on new systems.
- Generating reports from single or multiple systems.
- Troubleshooting the reporting database environment and reports.
- Evaluating changes and updates to source production systems.
- Training end-users on new reports and dashboards.
- Providing technical expertise in data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing.
Requirements:
- Understanding the Client, the Brand, the Business, Key Drivers, its position in the industry.
- Where are they looking at growing and what are some of the road bumps that they have.
- Ensuring that this information is part of the input into any conversations with the Pre-Sales and proposed Solution.
- You are the Client’s ambassador and champion to and will drive the Client’s agenda based on need.
- Affinity for Sales and identifying potential opportunities.
- Work with Pre-Sales and Solution teams on building Client Solutions.
- Listen, question and understand the Client’s need, which then translates into Business Requirements with key success areas, measurement parameters and priorities.
- Mentor and drive the other Business Analysts on each Business Need.
- Partner closely with the technical teams – Architecture, Solutions and Delivery in ensuring that our client’s needs are addressed, and the solution is best suited for to match their needs.
- Challenge the Technology and Delivery teams within on the solution, to ensure that the Client’s needs are met.
- Drive change and create a collaborative workspace , with best practices, workshops and knowledge sharing.
- Analyse system needs, evaluating end-user requirements and develop product capability roadmap, ensuring product scope aligns with short-term and long-term product roadmap and strategic product direction.
- Collaborating with Stakeholders, understanding their requirements, and designing analytics solutions to address functional needs.
