Job Description:

Requirements:
- Any graduate or PG.
- Prior/Current experience in a similar profile is a must.
- Email savvy.
- Reasonably fluent in speaking and written English.
- Should have the ability to work with people and seniors and possess an aptitude for learning and an attitude toward work excellence.
- Pleasant, courteous, and well-mannered.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and Google sheet
- Good knowledge of the formulas used in Excel is required.
- Should love numbers and number crunching.
- A background in Mathematics will help, though not a prerequisite.
- Prior experience in generating reports will be advantageous.
Responsibility:
- Responsible for preparing and maintaining MIS Reports on a Daily, Weekly, and Monthly basis or as may be required, using the data available.
- Help create and manage reports and systems and update dashboards for management (MIS reports).
- Should have the ability to study, analyse and document complex sales, production, and business data and reports and extract crucial information.
- Should have the ability to seek and simplify complex data in summary and provide problem statements, insights, and recommendations.
- Assisting Management and functional heads with their data requirements from time to time.
- Store completed work in designated locations with backups.
- Enter data from source documents and ERP systems within time limits.
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities or inconsistencies, and check output.
- Update and maintain information on company databases and computer systems.
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem and expert in Excel.
- Should have a good working knowledge of MS Office & Google Sheets.
- Should have Knowledge of Excel formulas.
