Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support for daily data requests received by the team
- Adhere to data governance policies, security protocols, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance within the CDP.
- Handle data update requirements raised by Sales/Platform teams as a part of releases
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to manage data migration requests within Salesforce CRM
- Ensure the smooth functioning of the data replication tool to the data warehouse
- Important: Understand requirements and prepare data for mass referential updates during the annual new business cycle (Product/Opportunity data in Salesforce)
- Customer Data Platform:
- Develop a thorough understanding of the Customer Data Platform (CDP) in Schneider, which is built on the Tealium application. Gain knowledge of its functionalities, features, and capabilities.
- Acquire a good understanding of the existing architecture, inbound and outbound data flows, and data processes within the CDP.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and objectives. Work collaboratively to enhance, build, and implement solutions and metrics within the CDP.
- Conduct thorough end-to-end testing of the CDP to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and quality.
- Provide support for requests related to platform and metric enhancement

Skills Required:
- Familiarity with Jira tool and Agile ways of working is a plus
- Must have: Basic working knowledge of Salesforce CRM
- Must have: Proficient in SQL and basics of Python
