Job Description:
- Looking for an enthusiastic person as a Business Analyst / Operation Executive who is going to manage our clients and developers.
- Understand the customer requirements including business workflow, and functional and technical specifications.
- Organise and analyse requirements in detail and document them.
- After understanding the detailed requirements assign the task to the developer team and prepare estimates for the development and delivery time.
- Testing the functionality of the software.
- Responsible for bug-free delivery
- Inspiring Team members to innovate and be on-time delivery.
- Required Experience, skills and qualifications
- 6m-2 years of experience as a Business analyst/ Team Lead / Process Associate
- preferably in mobile application development and web app technologies.
- Good Written and verbal English communication skills.
- Knowledge of requirements analysis, impact analysis, and user interface design techniques.
- Proven Track records as a business analyst dealing with all aspects of success in the IT sector preferably mobile application and web app development.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills and willingness to assist the cross-functional team throughout project development.
- Must have knowledge of Mobile app and web development.
- MBA in Operation, MIS, administration and relevant.
