Job Description:

• As part of our strategic expansion, we are embarking on a new venture to build a Stock Broking firm.
• The Business Development Analyst will play a crucial role in providing operational support for the establishment of our Stock Broking business.
• The analyst will work directly with our partners, playing a crucial role in the development and execution of business strategies.
• This role is vital in creating a foundation for sustainable business operations and fostering a positive experience for both internal teams and clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in business development
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to handle a high level of paperwork and data management with precision
• Knowledge of financial markets, stock market operations, regulatory frameworks, and compliance is a plus
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal in English, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibility:

• Strategic Planning:Oversee the end-to-end setup of stock broking operations, including, technology, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain clear documentation about system configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and effective solutions
  Infrastructure Setup:
• Help bring into place the necessary technological and physical infrastructure for the smooth functioning of stock broking operations
• Coordinate the setup of trading platforms, data feeds, and other technical systems required for seamless trading activities
  Regulatory Compliance:
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with National Stock Exchange (NSE) officials, regulators, and other key stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations and regulatory compliance
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and compliance standards set by NSE and other relevant authorities
  Process Optimization:
• Streamline onboarding procedures for clients, making the process more user-friendly while adhering to regulatory requirements
  Vendor Management:
• Liaise with vendors and service providers to negotiate contracts, manage service level agreements, and ensure the smooth functioning of external services critical to stock broking operations
• Evaluate and recommend new vendors as needed to enhance operational capabilities.
  Client Support:
• Collaborate with customer support teams to address operational queries and concerns from clients
• Ensure that client onboarding processes are efficient, providing a positive experience for clients entering the stock broking platform
  Monitoring and Reporting:
• Implement monitoring mechanisms to track key operational metrics and identify areas for improvement
• Generate regular reports on operational performance and present findings to partners for strategic decision-making
