Key Roles:
The job role will primarily involve building applications, behavioural and collections score cards as well as performing analysis on portfolio performance.
The individual will work as part of the risk analytics team focus on specific products and models to provide valuable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Develop Algorithms/scorecards across the lending value chain of underwriting, portfolio management, collections and recoveries.
- Perform tracking, analysis and provide insights on Lead funnel, Portfolio performance as well as operational metrics.
- Work with both traditional and alternate data sources to improve the scorecards and rule engines..
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of implemented models, strategies and initiatives.

Required Experience:
- Strong modelling building, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience of 1-2 years (preferably in Lending companies)
- Proficiency in data analysis tools / platforms and scripting languages such as SQL, Excel, Python, Metabase
- Proficiency in Predictive Analytics: Machine Learning algorithms like Logistic Regression, Ensemble algorithms like Bagging and Boosting.
- Good to have knowledge of AWS technologies (S3, Glue, Athena)

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
