- Proficiency with Microsoft SQL to fetch data from databases for the reports.
- Very strong proficiency with Business Intelligence and Visualization tools especially Power BI / DAX
- Very strong data visualization skills with the ability to understand and choose the right visualization given the data / insights to be communicated in the business context.
- Excellent critical thinking skills to help solve business problems and make decisions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Tendency to pay close attention to small details that could impact results.
- General knowledge of business operations, objectives, strategies, process and information flow.
Responsibility:
- Create business reports that provide insights
- Translate business logic into technical reporting specifications
- Accurately analyze and collect data for various types of business reports
- Communicate the results of data analysis in visual / written / verbal form to managers.
- Use data visualization techniques effectively to present information.
- Monitor reports for required enhancements over time as well as spotting trends.
- Support various departments with required analyses to help meet their respective objectives.
