Responsibilities:
- Create periodic parts forecasts for internal and external customers using qualitative and quantitative
forecasting methods to plan demands effectively. - Analyze, monitor, and report supply-demand imbalance and develop strategies to ensure steady and time-
phased materials supply. - Collaborate with production planning and procurement teams to ensure the ERP data integrity necessary for
effective materials and parts planning. - Actively support procurement teams to identify optimal sourcing strategies.
- Report inventory level status (quantity and valuation) periodically to the aftermarket management and determine strategies to optimize inventory levels for effective working capital management.
- Develop strategies to minimize inventory reserves to manage working capital effectively.
- Analyze current and historical data for parts requirements, production schedules, and sales to identify trends and create effective action plans to fulfill parts demands.
- Support the development of improved end-to-end supply chain processes.
- Provide training, leadership, and procedural documentation to ensure system discipline.
- Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
- Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.
- Determine usage opportunities for aging, available to promise inventory parts, and periodically prepare scrap
plans. - Determine and execute strategies for global risk pooling for probabilistic and high-value parts by working with
other regional supply chain analysts. - Perform other work-related tasks as assigned
- Comply with all NOV Company and HSE procedures and policies.
- Collaborate across business lines and functional stakeholders to develop reporting requirements, data pipelines, and automation strategies.
- Integrate and compile data periodically from multiple databases/sources into a digestible and actionable format to report global performance measures related to supply chain activities.
- Cleanse and transform unformatted, duplicate, incomplete, or outlier data by working with stakeholders to ensure deliverables are in alignment with business needs.
- Create visual depictions of data that reveal patterns, trends, or correlations.
- Assist in writing standardized processes, procedures, work instructions, and business policies.

- Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Engineering, Industrial / Production / Computer Engineering, Operation research preferred, or equivalent experience.
- APICS CPIM, CSCP certification preferred, or in process.
- Experience with supply chain management in manufacturing or remanufacturing environments.
- Lean manufacturing knowledge and experience preferred.
- Experience in identifying and gathering business requirements to build data visualization solutions.
