Job Description:
- Drive product/business growth and deliver digital learning programs by understanding market and customer data.
- Provide actionable user and business insights based on solid and robust analysis of data available across the customer lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or M.S. degree, preferably in Analytics, Statistics, Science, Computer Science, or Electrical.
- 1-3 years of experience working as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Product Analyst (Edutech experience preferred but not mandatory).
- Hands-on experience with advanced SQL; knowledge of R is also good to have.
- Expertise in number crunching and advanced MS Excel (VBA, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Experience with at least one visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, QlikView, PowerBI, Google Data Studio).
- Ability to structure problem-solving approaches and bring multiple solutions to complex problems.
- Comfort in navigating conflicting situations and ability to perform under pressure.
Responsibility:
- Automate trend analysis and KPI tracking: Set up dashboards and reports to help the business track key metrics and KPIs across the customer lifecycle.
- Analyse user behavior: Deep dive into data to find hidden user motivations and trends, hypothesize areas of opportunity, and enable RCAs for deviations.
- Build visualizations: Create easy-to-consume and interactive data visualizations for functional owners and management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align on key metrics that help improve particular functions.
- Solve for scale: Work closely with the engineering team to improve data warehouse views and tables, ensuring data is stored accurately and in the right format.
