- Understand the problem statement and Use case
- Break it down to the level to understand source data
- Validate completeness of data for analytics and data science purpose
- To obtain the customer’s data requirements and set up data infrastructure by doing exploratory data analysis, data cleansing & preparation
- Collaborate with customer team to understand and source data
- To create the solution that could be a dashboard, a system that automates task, an app or some report
- To slice and dice data to come up with insights and pattern not visible through normal analysis
- Move beyond the obvious and use the power of data for business improvement
- To get continuous feedback from the customers and to adapt/ modify the solution as per the feedback
- To train the customer in order to make it possible to use the solution
- Algorithm and data model should be deployed to run in an auto mode without manual intervention
- Use the edge cloud infrastructure for final deployment
