Job Description:
- We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team at MYK Arment’s Pune Office in India.
- The primary responsibility of this role is to track sales orders of various territories across India and generate dashboards using Salesforce and MS Excel for sharing insights with the senior leadership team.
- The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with data analysis tools, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, B.Tech, or any related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis or related field.
- Experience with data analysis tools, such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex data to senior leadership.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of the construction industry or chemical industry is a plus.
Responsibility:
- Analyze and track sales orders of various territories across India.
- Develop and maintain dashboards using Salesforce and MS Excel to share insights with senior leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends and insights to improve business performance.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis as requested by senior leadership team.
