Job Description:
- Support Front Office in providing accurate and efficient fund data to clients.
- Preparation for distribution of client data files under direction of Client Reporting team
- Carrying out appropriate levels of data quality assurance / validation
- Ability to understand the client requirements and design the reports accordingly.
- Understand metrics to calculate derived values based on the client requirements.
- Ability to design charts, graph to represent the data effectively.
- Coding and generating reports using Power BI, InDesign, Publisher etcSupport Investment Teams with data analysis and data report production
- Investigation into issues identified with accuracy of externally presented data.
- Provision of data to the relevant team for database maintenance
- To demonstrate a positive risk, compliance and control culture through the identification, assessment, monitoring and management of risks and issues within the business area, alongside ensuring timely and appropriate resolution of control weaknesses, actions and failures that arise
- Ensure own work is completed to a high level of accuracy within service level agreements, to achieve Client reporting timelines.
- Maintain and implement personal development plan in partnership with immediate manager.
- Identify, facilitate and implement process improvement ideas to improve efficiency.
- Keep own knowledge up to date in relation to client servicing and data management.
- To achieve and maintain required level of competency as per the training and competency framework.
