- The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day MIS & CRM updation and correction-related activities in collaboration with the internal team.
- Additionally, the candidate will play a crucial role in extracting meaningful insights from MIS data and sharing them with relevant stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field.
- Proven experience (1 year) working in MIS management, data analysis, or related roles.
- Proficiency in MIS software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Access, Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and extract actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision in data management and reporting.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with automation technologies and process optimization methodologies is a plus.
