Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline, 2017+ graduates
- Technical capabilities (good to have): Excel & SQL
- Good problem solving & insight generation skills
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Responsibility:
- Enable category decision making for growth by owning the reporting of KPIs and regularly track key drivers of these KPIs
- Deep dive into assessment of underlying factors for KPIs by connecting relevant business hypotheses and quantifying the impact of these factors.
- Proactively work towards translating data into actionable insights
- Responsible for defining, developing and communicating key metrics and business trends to the category team
- Data extraction, cleansing and normalisation of data inconsistencies
