- As a Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and compliance of our machine learning models, policy frameworks, and testing processes.
- In this key position, you will collaborate closely with our data science and engineering teams to implement robust monitoring systems and develop intuitive visualizations.
- The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of monitoring ML models, policy adherence, and testing frameworks, with a track record of transforming data practices via monitoring within a team or organization.
Requirements:
- Experience with building and maintaining monitoring systems
- Experience in transforming data practices within a team or organization
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Robot Framework , Python, Test Case Design
Responsibility:
- Lead a transformative effort to align the team’s mindset towards real-time monitoring
- Develop and implement monitoring systems to track the performance of policy frameworks, ML models in real time
- Create visually appealing and informative dashboards that communicate key performance metrics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to Design and implement alerts and notifications for critical model events or deviations from expected behavior
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and implement relevant techniques to enhance our monitoring capabilities
- Conduct regular reviews and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
