Job Description:
- Proactively interacting with the practice to initiate actions on projects or project time
- entry to ensure timely project cost and revenue recognition
- Play a key role in the management of new and existing project records, including
- Time Entry Analysis and System time entry Updates
- Contract Bill Rate Updates
- Opportunity Record Updates
- Project Closure
- Missing Bill Rates
- Contingent Worker
- Missing Time
- Time Pending Project Manager Approval (CW Time or CAPEX)
- Time Pending Manager Approval (PTO)
- Update Forecast Pending PM Approvals
- E-mail and personal interactions with consultants and Project Managers
- Perform various ad hoc analysis and reporting
- Time & Absence Administration Tasks daily/week/monthly:
- Review Worker Time Tracking Eligibility
- Worker Job/Status/Location Change Audit
- Non-Standard Work Schedule Assignment
- Audit of Workers on Leave/Time Off
- Terminating Worker Time Audit
- Multi-Position/Project Audit
- Updating and adding resource positions as per request from Project
- Managers/Operations Team.
- Correction of Project Start and End dates as per request from Project
- Managers/Operations Team.
- Monitoring of Mailbox and moving items to respective sub folders as per instructions.
Requirements:
- 2 plus Years of prior work experience
- Bachelor’s Degree required, fields of Business, Finance, M.B.A.(Finance) or accounting preferred
- Understanding of PMO/Business Operations/FP&A basics
- Experience in customer service or financial functions is preferred
- Coordinating efforts to meet customer and business needs
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the company
- Proficient in written and verbal communication.
- Strong customer service aptitude and ability to proactively work with leadership to address the challenges
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel and experience in other Microsoft
- products (PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint). Other analytics or database tools including Salesforce and Workday a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting and report writing abilities.
- Attentive and considerate team player
