Job Description:
- We seek a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst/MIS Executive responsible for interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and providing ongoing reports.
- The ideal candidate will develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficient in data management and analysis tools (e.g., Advanced Excel, Google Sheets & Templates).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with other data analysis tools and software.
- Knowledge of database management and SQL.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibility:
- Develop and maintain the Management Information System (MIS) to ensure reliability and efficiency.
- Design and create Google Forms to capture data according to the needs of various departments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate data collection requirements into effective Google Forms.
- Collect, process, and analyze data from various sources to generate reports for management.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by regularly updating and validating data in the system.
- Design and implement data collection systems and other strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
- Generate routine and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations to provide management insights.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and provide solutions.
- Monitor system performance and implement updates or enhancements as needed.
- Train and support users on the MIS, ensuring they understand how to input data correctly and utilize reports.
- Travel between Hi-Tech locations as per management requirements.
