Job Description:

  • The Human Resources Data Analyst II is based in Coimbatore and responsible for providing the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence support to all areas of our team’s operations.
  • This includes collaborating with Regional TA leaders, Recruiters, and Coordinators to ensure they have the necessary resources and tools to be successful.
  • Reporting to the Global Talent Acquisition Operations Leader and collaborating with the Global Shared Services Center, this role is primarily focused on data, reporting and analytics to provide our team with valuable insights to make data driven decisions.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience as a data analyst or business data analyst.
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages, databases, and programming.
  • Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing large datasets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to present complex information in an understandable and compelling manner.

Responsibility:

  • Collecting and interpreting data from multiple sources, and spotting patterns and trends within this data.
  • Help to develop, lead, and influence an increase in data driven decisions across the Talent Acquisition team, leading to increased efficiency, productivity, and automation.
  • Assist in analyzing and assessing capacity, productivity and performance trends of Recruiters, Coordinators, and Hiring Managers to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and development.
  • Assist and help lead Talent Acquisition projects focused on technology, systems, and processes to improve productivity and efficiency of the team.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
