Job Description:
- This is a full-time on-site Data Analyst role located in Coimbatore.
- The Data Analyst will be responsible for conducting daily data analysis tasks related to HealthSys healthcare platform.
- The role involves collaborating with various teams within HealthSy and generating actionable insights.
- The Data Analyst will communicate findings through visualisation, reports and presentations and identify trends within the data that could benefit the company
Requirements:
- Ensuring that all medicine and healthcare product content on the apps are accurate, up to date, easy to understand, and free of bias or conflict of interest.
- Reviewing medicine data for spelling, grammar, punctuation, syntax, and scientific accuracy.
- Helping with the creation and updation of medicine, OTCs and healthcare products database.
- Maintaining excel workbooks of databases.
- Uploading the medicines and its various associated content into our backend panel in a systematic manner.
- Attending key discussions that covers the pricing and discount strategy of products on our application.
- Managing sales tracking activities on daily basis and building reports based on the data.
- Comparative analysis of two or more sets of data when needed.
- Managing various partner s metrics and performance on daily basis and building reports based on the data.
- Ability to frame summaries of reports derived using data.
- Compile, purify, and analyze data for important or niche analytics initiatives.
- Find data trends and insights to address important and immediate business issues.
- Code programs that assist in classifying and organising pertinent data.
- Allocate tasks and oversee the work of junior data analysts and identify areas for optimization.
- Creation and management of dashboards and database using tools and sheets
- Proven ability in using statistical analysis, predictive modeling and explanatory modeling to identify trends.
- Advanced understanding of data management and visualization practices.
- Fluency in Python, R and/or SQL for data analytics.
- Advanced knowledge of data analytics, cleaning and preparation.
- Proficiency with data modeling and data analysis tools.
- Experience with statistical and mathematical analysis.
- Applicable knowledge of machine learning technologies for data analytics.
- Conducting research and analysis in order to come up with solutions to business problems and help with the introduction of these solutions.
- Helping the organisation with any inefficiencies and in achieving better performance.
- Management and preparation of reports related to the information of partners of HealthSy such as doctors, home healthcare service providers, retail pharmacies
