Job Description:
- The candidate is expected to have a data visualization knack along with a robust analytical mindset.
- The role involves close coordination with multiple teams, focusing on the development and maintenance of a systematic data reporting schedule.
- The objective is to facilitate data-driven decision-making, enhancing the efficacy of our volunteer programs and perform key programmatic/Operational tasks.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in business analysis/statistics
- Knowledge of Excel at a beginner/moderate level
- Hands-on experience in creating & maintaining dashboards, reports and presentations-Preferable
- Curiosity to learn new things and learn on the job
- Self-driven and proactive nature
- Working in a high-demand environment
Responsibility:
- Aggregate data from multiple sources and own the daily/weekly/monthly reporting for key metric tracking and associated deep dives
- Transform and cleanse data as needed, resolving any inconsistencies or errors to create a reliable dataset for analysis
- Strategize & streamline operational requirements for various clients and internal teams
