Job Description:
- Responsible for preparation, manipulation, analysis, and utilization of customer data through complex programming and slicing and dicing for utilization by senior member in such a way that most pertinent business inferences can be formed.
- Drive analytical insight, leverage immense datasets (i.e. demographics, financial, asset info, repayment behavior, geolocation, payments) and work with our Product, Risk, Policy and Tech teams, to drive decision making and solving business use case.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Python/R
- Pyspark and cloud tech exposure is a plus
- Expertise in SQL querying
- Product and model deployment on cloud platforms like GCP/AWSD
- Minimum Qualification required: < Post Graduate > < Eng./Statistics/Mathematics /Management
- Qualifications preferred: BTech (any stream)/ MTech/ BCA/ MCA/Management (Tier 1,2)
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Other skills – Data Interpretation, Visualization, Programming
Responsibility:
- Creating Models for underwriting and behavior ranking/scoring
- Identify the correct data to taken in for the model.
- Treating challenging data
- Writing codes and deploying models to automate the flow as much as possible.
- Model recalibration to capture edge cases.
- 70% – 85% coding tasks.
- API creation and use.
- . Creating and utilizing Reports
- Partner specific and non-specific reports to check approval rates etc.
- Creating Model monitoring reports for behavior/underwriting models
- Utilizing reports to assess the need for recalibration in models
- Data standardization and integrity efforts
- Uploading and maintaining bureau scrub data for central availability
- Finding inconsistencies in data and coming up with better solutions.
- Deploying solutions
- Deploying Models and ad-hoc/intermediate solutions that play role in business use cases.
- Tracking the deployments for seamless functioning and uptime.
- Project management
- Ensure timely closure of projects on or before committed timelines
- Step by step monitoring of Projects from whiteboarding to deployment
- Ensure model monitoring and communication around unusual spikes (if any)
- Mentoring
- Explaining detailed modelling pipeline to interns
