Job Description:
- The ideal candidate will use their passion for data and analytics to provide insights to the business covering a range of topics.
- They will be responsible for conducting both recurring and ad-hoc analysis for business users.
Requirements:
- Graduate or 1-2 years of experience in category or e-commerce management is preferred.
- Outstanding analytical skills.
- Excellent logical reasoning and skilled in GA4
- Basic understanding of the marketing and sales mechanisms of major e-commerce companies.
- Understanding of e-commerce business, Strategic Marketing, and Online Marketing/Campaign Management is strongly desired.
- Digital marketing experience demonstrating in-depth understanding of Online Brand Development, Data Analytics, Campaign Management, and customer and email acquisition will be an added benefit.
- Strong structural work methods, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Deep understanding of e-commerce business, ability to have deep conversion revenue optimization discussions with customers.
Responsibility:
- Gather data from multiple resources on user behavior.
- Undertake heuristic website evaluations based on industry best practices.
- Perform quantitative analysis and reasoning validat the presence of a problem on the website.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for website improvements.
- Offer solutions for the problems identified and write a hypothesis.
- Craft hypotheses for A/B testing and website improvement recommendations based on qualitative insights and quantitative data.
- Work closely with designers, copywriters, developers, and testers to manage and implement campaign launches.
- Prepare an active pipeline of experiments that can be used to deliver a 15% increase in conversions every quarter.
- Utilize segmentation techniques to analyze customer behavior, trends, and profile attributes to identify opportunity segments for specific business units and targets.
- Monitor user engagement levels with the campaign in the AB test and make decisions to succeed or fail the campaign.
- Perform root cause analysis for failed campaigns.
