Job Description:
- Renewals processors is primarily responsible in supporting the delivery of all assigned CRM transactional activities for Global clients in Salesforce which includes meeting performance targets and driving team excellence.
- Responsible for providing Forecast for Renewals Managers and Validation of report for attainment.
Requirements:
- College Degree
- Proficient in MS Office especially including VLOOKUP & pivots
- Salesforce Platform experience a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a demonstrated willingness to work in a team environment with diversity
- Detail oriented with ability to analyze data
- Demonstrates concern for achieving or surpassing results against an internal or external standard of excellence.
- Shows a passion for improving services with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Demonstrates eagerness to acquire necessary technical knowledge, skills and judgement to achieve a result or to serve a customer’s needs effectively.
- Accurate data entry and data formatting
- Understanding cells, rows, columns, and basic formatting options
- Simple use of text, number, and date functions
- Sorting and filtering data in Excel
- Simple data validation and error-checking
- Documenting routine procedures and data tasks in Excel
- Organizing and labeling data files within Excel
Responsibility:
- Execute transactions without minimal direction, enter data and retrieve information from salesforce application renewals off cycle
- Develop initiative for continuous process improvement
- Ensure compliance to all client-published policies and procedures as well as legal and regulatory requirements that the company is obliged to adhere to
- Effectively interfaces with renewal managers and stakeholders employees within Salesforce and Renewals, recognizes key players within the organization
- Support Renewals Managers, Account Executive and FBO requests following the Renewals standard guidelines.
- Monitor issues and escalate challenges as needed.
- Maintain pre-defined metrics and key performance indicators for Monthly scorecards.
- Manage early warning system exception requests based on policies and guidelines.
- Update qualified opportunities on a weekly basis based on pre-defined criteria.
- Ensure correct territory alignment/realignment of the top customers and report unmapped accounts.
- Calculate forecasted attrition for mid contract risk.
- Validate price increase of contract Renewal and ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.
- Be able to work autonomously as well in a team.
