Job Description:
- The Volunteer will assume a pivotal role in implementing and documenting the Sexual and Reproductive Health program in the State of Madhya Pradesh and will play a critical role in conducting data analysis within the realms of family planning, maternal health, and other pertinent workstreams

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in economics/ public health/ business, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of professional experience in a private or public sector setting.
- Strong analytical skills and advanced technical proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Survey tools (E.g. Survey CTO, Tableau).
- Entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrated ability to work independently on complex projects and solve challenging problems, in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task with a strong commitment to excellence, both internally and externally, and with limited structural support.
- English and Hindi language fluency, both written and verbal.

Responsibility:
- Ensure quality of program/project design incorporating lessons learned, best practices and establishing appropriate execution and monitoring mechanisms and systems.
- Support in the development and roll-out of data collection, tools provide support to the programme with data-driven decision-making.
- Analyse and interpret the facility and community-level data relevant to the programme and identify gaps and opportunities for intervention.
- Support the SRH team on program implementation (e.g., capacity building of service providers, community level engagement, product forecasting, developing stock monitoring tools, development of dashboards and visualization tools etc.).
- Support the team in program monitoring, identify challenges and next steps, and propose relevant solutions.
- Coordinate project-wide outputs related to execution, implementation, reporting, compliance, and updates.
- Prepare documentation and reports for dissemination of information among partners, and stakeholders.
- Provide operational support to the program team to develop, plan, and implement multiple activities simultaneously.
