- Reporting to Manager, Data Operations, as a Data Operations Analyst you will be maintaining existing and implementing new Data technologies.
- In this role, you will work with a full stack of Data and Analytics related applications including Looker, PowerBI, Informatica, GitHub, Striim, and Snowflake.
- You will be expected to act as a liaison between IT and business teams, ensuring system availability and an excellent user experience.

Requirements:
- One of the following is required:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, Business, or IT-related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience administering, supporting, and implementing Data and Analytics Applications.
- Experience with the Agile / Scrum delivery model.
- Hands-on experience in Windows & Linux environments.
- Experience in AWS / Azure / GCP Cloud stack.
- Expert in python to develop custom data pipeline.
- Experience with system architecture and process documentation.
- Knowledge of Java, Python, R or other functional programming languages.
- Hands-on Experience with Informatica, Looker, Power BI, Hyperion (Essbase), Snowflake, or Alteryx.

- Manage tasks such as installation, connectivity, configuration, administration, security compliance, audit, patching, code migration, upgrades, maintenance, automation, and monitoring.
- Place a major emphasis on automation, integration, troubleshooting, and bug fixing with a customer focus.
- Adapt to constantly evolving priorities.
- Maintain peer relationships across IT areas (infrastructure, operations, network, security, etc.) to support effective implementations.
- Stay informed about rapid technical changes in this field.
