- Support product teams by identifying and reporting on technical issues and recommending solutions.
- Communicate key insights and findings to stakeholders through clear and concise presentations and reports.

- Support project teams during the analysis and planning stages of software development
- projects.
- Create and maintain project plans and roadmaps, keeping implementation teams informed.
- Effectively document all findings, proposed changes, and updated processes.
- Review and edit requirements, specifications, and recommendations for new functionalities or solutions.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management in compelling presentations using tools like Excel and PowerPoint.
