Job Description:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs.
- Analyze and translate business requirements into story boards, epics and user stories.
- Being able to use Agile Studio and Agile Workbench, Products and
- features (micro journeys)
- Ability to prepare functional use cases and other requirement artifacts
- Lead Requirement Workshops, formalize and validate business requirements, processes and solutions keeping the Pega Product Features in mind.
- Support the development of solutions by working closely with business and IT developers, end users, and leadership.
- Support functional tests and user s acceptance tests.
- Ability to conduct Show and Tell sessions with business users
- Develop effective working relationships with the business stakeholders to assist in the delivery of projects and ensure service continuity, while maintaining customer satisfaction levels.
- Must have worked in an Agile/Scrum methodology – experience with Pega Express Methodology a plus.
