Job Description:
- Develop and maintain interactive and visually appealing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights through compelling visualizations.
- Extract and transform data from various sources to ensure accurate and reliable datasets for visualization.
- Implement best practices for data visualization and dashboard design to ensure clarity, usability, and accessibility for end-users.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support decision-making processes.
- Stay updated with the latest features and capabilities of Power BI and other visualization tools to continuously improve and innovate our reporting solutions.

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Power BI, including the ability to design and develop complex dashboards and reports.
- Previous experience (2-3 years) in a data analyst role, with a focus on dashboarding and reporting.
- Strong understanding of data visualization principles, best practices, and design aesthetics.
- Experience with data manipulation and transformation using SQL or other query languages.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to derive actionable insights and recommendations.
